The center of Yuri Pattison’s work constitutes the interest in the effects of rapidly developing technology on the political and social sphere. By working with digital technology, video and sculpture, his sometimes multi-screen installations investigate the dimensions and connections between the physical and the digital space. Pattison received the 2016 Frieze Artist Award, while his work has been shown internationally; at Bielefelder Kunstverein, Chisenhale Gallery in London, Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen, LABOR in Mexico City, mother’s tankstation in London and Tate Britain in London, among others.
